Shooting Lab

This program continues to refine fundamental skills while introducing more advanced concepts. Players will work on shooting drills and skills. Players will be grouped by skill level to ensure all players of all levels progress and get better!

Shooting Intensive Program

Become an Elite Shooter – 3,500 Shots a Month Challenge
Great shooters are made through reps, precision coaching, and game-speed training. Our Shooting Intensive Program is designed for intermediate to advanced players looking to elevate their game. With only 10 spots per month, this small-group training ensures more reps, better coaching, and faster results.
For $350 per month, athletes get 8 shooting sessions plus 4 skill development sessions—12 total for the price of 8. Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00 PM, focusing on high-quality, game-speed shots with personalized coaching.
We track shooting percentages, provide digital leaderboards, and reward progress with prizes for shot milestones. Players will refine footwork, release speed, and shot selection while competing in high-intensity drills.

Summer Basketball Camps at Valley Athletics: Elevate Your Game!
Calling all aspiring basketball stars! Join us for an unforgettable week of skill-building, teamwork, and fun at our Summer Basketball Camps. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your game to the next level, our camps are designed to help you grow as a player while having a blast on the court.
Led by our experienced coaching staff, including former collegiate and professional players, our camps cater to both youth/beginners and advanced skill levels. Each day, you’ll dive into a variety of drills, games, and scrimmages designed to enhance every aspect of your game:
  • Shooting : Master the art of shooting with proper form, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ball Handling : Improve your dribbling skills and learn new moves to navigate the court with ease.
  • Passing : Develop crisp, accurate passes and learn to read the defense to make smart plays.
  • Defense : Learn defensive strategies, footwork, and positioning to shut down opponents.
  • Rebounding : Gain the edge on the boards with techniques for securing rebounds on both ends of the court.
  • Basketball IQ : Understand the game better with sessions on game strategy, court awareness, and decision-making.
