These are skill specific training session that will happen throughout the year. Following motor learning research, we know that when athletes train in small groups there can be a quicker rate of learning for a variety of reasons in our sport. These groups will be 4-6 athletes with one coach working on one to two skills at a time. It facilities more of a live play scenario and a high volume of reps on the desired skill.
